Eugene is one of SEMRUSH’s first investors, joining the company as a chief strategist officer and has since raised over $40 million in terms of investments. He was a partner in target Global and has invested in a variety of software such as Lyft etc.
Eugene has been with SEMRUSH for 4 years. He has used the product since 2011. He initially started his journey into the tech industry on the investment side. With his friend founding a VC firm and needing some support, Eugene stepped in. Despite possessing little experience in the finance he utilised his analytics and technological background to figure out the inner workings of things.
