I have been trying to get this guy on the show for SEVEN YEARS, and now, he’s finally back online. He has been running a successful blog and I have to say is one of the best blogs out there. From a copywriter’s perspective, you will uncover a lot about how to write persuasive copy.
An introverted and socially-awkward big guy, Big Chris McCombs made writing his art, and from there he became a legend. He can build a cult of devoted customers that just buy over and over again.
Admittedly, he has been one of my heroes and influences when it comes to copywriting.
I can go on and on telling you how badass he is, but it’s better you tune in.
On today’s special 90-minute episode, Big Chris McCombs drops everything you need to grasp about storytelling – from his influences up to his wisdom in copywriting. As we talk about the foundations of our brotherhood, discover what self-aggrandizement is, the best courses to go through to unleash the storyteller in you, and so much more.
“You could take the most boring fucking person, but if they give you their life story, it’s probably pretty interesting.” – Chris McCombs

Thank you for sharing this Adil — there was so much VALUE provided in this episode with Chris… and I personally learned a lot.
Having a self-deprecating angle, admitting flaws and being honest is great (and insightful) advice.
From my point of view, Chris is someone who is not only a masterful copywriter and a highly experienced marketer but most importantly – a genuine and honest person. His comeback to blogging and his enticing articles have inspired me to write and improve my marketing skills.
P.S. The “zebra” copy was hilarious (and smart!).
P.P.S. That backups issue is an eye-opener, having using G-Suite myself I’d definitely explore more options.
Thank you!
Dude! Thank you!
I’m glad this helped, Chris is a badass for sure and a huge inspiration.
